Who this page is for

This page explains how to delete your player profile and the data linked to it in ABLUKA: Blockade Strategy (Android com.mahmutcandan.abluka, also on iOS), developed by Seyid Mahmut Candan (TheTrendTutor). Uninstalling the app does not delete your profile on our server. Full details: ABLUKA – Privacy Policy.

Option 1: in the app

• Open ABLUKA.
• Go to Settings → Profile → Delete profile.
• Confirm the deletion.
• Your profile disappears from leaderboards immediately; the remaining deletion on the server is completed within 30 days at the latest.
• If your app version has no “Delete profile” button, use option 2.

Option 2: by email

Send an email to contact@thetrendtutor.com with the subject “ABLUKA data deletion”. Write your nickname and, if possible, your player ID or recovery code (shown in Settings → Profile). This also works if you no longer have the app or the device. To protect your profile from false requests we may ask for the recovery code or another detail only the owner knows. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

• Nickname, flag/country, player ID and recovery code.
• Elo rating, league, badges and leaderboard entries.
• Match and move records linked to you (or anonymised, so that your opponents' history stays correct without your identity).
• Your block list and the preset messages linked to your profile.

What is kept, and for how long

• Reports and moderation records about abuse: up to 180 days, longer only while an abuse case is still open.
• IP addresses and request times (anti-cheat, rate limits): deleted automatically at most 30 days after they were recorded.
• Technical error and crash logs: deleted automatically within 14 days.
• Purchase records without nickname or player ID (transaction ID, product, date): only as long as the law requires for refunds, fraud prevention and accounting. Your purchase history in Google Play or the App Store is managed by Google or Apple.
• Your deletion email: as long as needed to handle the request, at most 12 months.

Deleting only some data

You can also ask by email to delete only certain data (for example removing your flag or resetting your rating) without deleting your whole profile.
