Labelling

Every paid placement on thetrendtutor.com, in our emails and on the live stream is marked "Sponsored". Affiliate links are marked "Affiliate link". Paid content is visually separated from news, prices and the calendar, and links to advertisers use rel="sponsored".

Independence

Advertisers and partners have no influence on our news selection, market data, calendar or videos. A sponsorship never buys coverage, a headline or a rating.

What we do not accept

We do not accept ads that: promise guaranteed, fixed or "risk-free" returns; present themselves as investment advice or trading signals; promote projects, exchanges or brokers that are unlicensed where they operate or are subject to regulatory warnings; promote pyramid, Ponzi, "doubling", giveaway or recovery-service schemes; impersonate other brands or people; use misleading countdowns or fake news layouts; target minors; promote gambling, adult content, weapons, drugs or anything illegal.

Crypto and financial services

Exchanges, brokers, wallets and other financial services must tell us where they are licensed or registered. We may decline any campaign that is not allowed in the countries our audience comes from, and we may restrict a campaign by language or region.

Ad formats

Website ads are static images or text served from our own server. We do not run pop-ups, auto-playing audio, redirects or ads placed over the live stream player. Ads never ask visitors to click them.

Clicks and fraud

We never click our own ads, never ask viewers to click ads and never use automated or incentivised traffic. Advertisers must not do this either.

Review and removal

We review every creative and landing page before it goes live and may remove an ad at any time if it breaks this policy or if a landing page changes. Questions: [email protected].
